Millner School uses our analogy of a bridge to guide interactions between members of our school community- educators, parents, students.
The ‘Bridge of Respect’ has four values attached to it—Safe, Co-operative, Learn, Peaceful.
All members of the school community are expected and encouraged to base their behaviours on these four values, irrespective of the situation, context and reason. It is a strongly embedded understanding within our school community and we are proud to use this in our everyday language.
